Get the instrument ready
For the piano course your child will need a piano, tuned to concert pitch and a seat of the right height. Unless your seat is adjustable, a foam pad can help. Unless their feet rest flat on the floor they'll also need a footstool.
For the violin course your child will need a violin and bow of the right size, some rosin, and a shoulder-rest or foam.
