Because our lessons are delivered online, and because our teachers and students may live in different parts of the world, we record lessons as part of our ordinary teaching and safeguarding practice.

• I understand that Katie Suzuki Music Ltd records all online music lessons for safeguarding, teaching continuity and quality-assurance purposes, and that recordings may include video and audio of my child, the teacher, and any parent or caregiver present.

• I have read and understood the full Lesson Recording & Privacy Policy, which explains in more detail how recordings are made, stored, accessed, retained, and deleted, and my privacy rights under the Privacy Act 2020.

• I consent to Katie Suzuki Music Ltd recording, securely storing, accessing, and using my child’s lesson recordings for the purposes described in that policy.

• I understand recordings are stored securely (Google Cloud Storage), kept for up to 6 months, and accessed only where there is a legitimate reason.
